The Recepção – Levantou ARVs section is where the information about the ARV drugs pick up is captured.  The information of the ARVs drugs pick-up is very important because it is the only available information that allows us to evaluate patient adherence to the treatment.


This document outlines all the fields that need to be created in the SESP Ficha Recepção - Levantou ARVs form, according to the existing data types and filling instructions of the paper-based form.
