SESP Program Enrolment Specification and Requirements_v1.3.2

SESP is a client level tracking system that allows for individual tracking of care and treatment services of clientclients who are registered in one or more health programs for client and program monitoring.

In Mozambique, all client visiting a health facility (HF) sector are registered in a specific form or logbook of that sector. For example, there is an ART service logbook, TB programme logbook, PrEP logbook and so on. In SESP, the clients Program Enrollment Module reflects these paper-based logbooks. After being registered in SESP, each client is registered/enrolled to the correspondent program s/he accessed. From then on, the client’s state will be updated according to the respective programs the client or client leaves or accesses. In SESP, Program corresponds to the program of care in which a client can be enrolled. Each program contains a state (i.e., Active, Stopped, Transferred Out) and dates associated with the program (i.e., start date, end date).
