1. Introduction

DHIS, which stands for the District Health Information System, is a robust data validation tool that plays a pivotal role in the world of health information management. Designed to meet the unique needs of healthcare organizations, DHIS is an open-source software platform that empowers users to collect, manage, analyze, and visualize health-related data with unparalleled efficiency and accuracy.

It facilitates the systematic collection of data from various sources, including health facilities, laboratories, and community health workers, while also ensuring the quality and integrity of this data through a comprehensive validation process.

Its adaptability and commitment to data quality makes it an indispensable tool for modern health information management.

MISAU uses the DHIS system to aggregate and report routine data collected manually at health facilities. SESP System collects patient data that can be used to generate various reports that MISAU requires for monitoring. Currently, the reports are being generated using SESP and sent manually to the DPS server of MISAU to be consumed. The Data Validation Tool, aims to support the manual data comparison process creating an automatic process in which the user will generate the report and send it automatically to the DPS report.

1.1 Objective

The main objective is to adapt the Data Validation Tool to respond to our needs of sending the reports to the DPS (MISAU) DHIS server automatically.
